Nike’s collaboration with Japanese artist Yuko Kanatani continues with the Nike Tight of the Moment "Midnight Craftwork".

The NTM-Midnight Craftwork comes in two Nike Pro styles, the Nike Pro Tight and Nike Pro Sports Bra. The print will also be featured on the Nike Studio Wrap Pack and the Nike Roshe Run. The "Midnight Craftwork" collection is available as of today via Nike.

For this design, Yuko reflected on her "midnight world". This world represents the time of the day in which she can be alone with her art, free from distraction.

So I'm up early to head to the rainiest city in the UK for a sneaker event at the prestigious Harvey Nichols. To my delight the rain holds off and that's good because Fresh Laces have come from London to bring their own unique idea of a sneaker event for us northerners to sample.

Doors are opened for me as I walk into Harvey Nichols and I'm greeted by a sea of smiley faces and an overwhelming smell of wealth. I pass by the salesmen and women all trying to sell me some expensive aftershave or makeup, neither of which I'm there for, so I apologise politely and head to the 2nd floor.

Slowly moving up the escalators I start to see and hear what I'm in Harvey Nichols for...

I would like to introduce to you, our latest contributor here at Talk Casuals - James Cage. Check out our interview with him to find out what he's all about. Make sure you keep an eye out for his new posts coming up over the next few weeks. But for now, check his guest post here.

Tell us a little about you...
Well I'm 28yrs old from the northwest, I'm a Rope Access NDT inspector working mainly on oil rigs around the world, due to having a lot of time off I have got a few projects that I'm dedicating a lot of time to while I'm off work.

When did you start getting into trainers and streetwear?
I suppose I'm quite new to the whole trainer collecting thing, I got into it all around 2010 and the more involved I got the more I learnt about the culture and the fact there is a huge community around the world who all have the same passion as what I was developing.
I had always been a Nike brand fan since I can remember I once bought the original Grey Jordan 4's from Trafford centre Footlocker for £50 on sale, I kept them boxed and had no idea on there value I sold them years later on eBay for £60 'Buy it now', let's say if I could turn back time I would.
Streetwear I can't say I'm massively involved with. I like what I like and I just roll with that - anything goes and I don't think you should define yourself to one style, if your whole persona is based on the fact you have one set of clothes then I think your a bit boring.

Whats your favourite trainer of all time?
I can't just have one favourite because style and trainers are constantly evolving and bringing out new colurways everyday.
All time favourites are ones I don't even own, Jordan 3 'True Blue'. Reason being I had an Eminem poster back in the day and he had them on, always wanted a pair but still have never got round to getting them.

What trainer are you most looking forward to this year?
Well this year I have dropped the idea of being loyal to Nike only and started to buy other brands, reasons being that I feel the price is not worth the quality and other brands are.
Asics is something new to me, I have just bought the Gel Lyte 3 "Haters" and I'm loving them, so I think I'm going to get involved with a lot more of these.

How would you describe your style? And if any, who are your style inspirations?
My style has drastically changed over the past year, I used to rock a band hoody and jeans pretty much all the time, because that's what I was involved with and I could not see past that, now my whole life has turned around I have a different view on things and clothing is a new thing for me to explore. I don't know if I have a style I just buy things I like, I love plain things not to fussy or big brands stamped all over the item.
A few people who really inspired me to change what I wear is Nickeleson Wooster, I came across this guy on the net and really liked what he had on, he's always immaculately dressed.
The other inspiration is Scott Disick, I was introduced to the Scott via some YouTube clips and he instantly applied to me, and about 30 minutes later I made myself a Lord, but what he wears most of the time is brilliant. Some of his contrasting colours are a bit wacky and I probably wouldn't try that.

Anything else you'd like to add?
If anyone had made it all the way through my small interview and is now reading this then I suppose I should add a thank you for taking the time to read this.
And if I can influence anyone out to go out tomorrow and do something nice for a stranger or maybe just a smile, say good morning, hold a door open actively make a effort to be nice, let's try make it cool to be polite and show respect for others it costs nothing.

Go and follow James on Twitter and Instagram to keep up to date with him.
(PS: He's the only guy in the UK with Paranormans, so that's definitely worth a follow...)

Jennifer Hope are no new brand to Talk Casuals, and for good reason. You'll remember Jennifer Hope from the very first edition to our Talk Brands Collective, and also our very first product review. Well, Jennifer Hope are back with a SS14 Lookbook is to die for! Two-pieces and pastel colours, I'm sold already.

For those of you who don't know, Jennifer Hope is fashion streetwear brand from Bristol, UK and their latest Spring Summer collection is set to release within the next month. The new collection oozes an enchanting and candy coloured theme and I'm all over it! Jennifer Hope tells us the idea behind the SS14 Lookbook:

"The idea behind the lookbook was to create a marmite effect; whether you like it or hate it, you will have an opinion on it. The collection offers fantasy floral prints to pastel sweets designs. Differently to previous collections Spring/Summer focuses a lot more on body shape as well as prints producing numerous variations of 2 pieces for women

...and we agree, it works! This Lookbook is so girly and so over the top enchanting you can't help but love it! It's definitely got me hooked on this new collection and I can't wait to add a two-piece to my collection for summer!

In celebration of the new collection Jennifer Hope has teamed up with Club Night ‘Total Uprawr’ to put on Jennifer Hope’s first night in London on the 27th of February. The night is being DJ’d by Mel Clarke of the SS14 Lookbook and also moving to Birmingham on the 8th of March! So, if you're around Camden on 27th February then make sure you get to this! The Jennifer Hope X UPRAWR event is no doubt going to be a good one!

Keep an eye on the Jennifer Hope Facebook Page, and our Facebook page for release info as we get it! But for now, click Read More to see more pictures from the Lookbook.

Three weeks ago saw the first drop from the "Army & Navy" Pack, and it's been a torturous wait!

The "Navy" trio feature a range of colours from iron blue to a bright shade of azure, and like the "Army"s, they're all finished in a mixture of heavy textured leather, canvas and neoprene.

I don't know if I have a favourite colourway from this Size? World Exclusive, but the Navy revamp has definitely got my vote!

The Air Max 93 (£100), Air Huarache (£95) and Air Max Light (£95) are online nowThey will also be available in all size? stores from their opening times today and run from a UK5 - UK12, half sizes included. But be fast!

If you missed out on the Army pack, don't worry as they are a few sizes still up on Size? website.

If you picked up a pair from either of the drops, then make sure you tag us in your pictures by #TalkArmyNavy on Instagram and Twitter to be entered into our next competition.

More details coming soon so keep an eye on our Facebook Page, but for now check some more pictures of the "Navy" trio below...

2014 is looking to be the year for Puma. The Puma Disc Blaze are Pumas most distinct runner. Laceless, hassle-free and the ultimate comfort.

Given a special pampering, the Disc Blaze can be seen featuring smart and subtle colourways applied to first class materials for FW14. I am really looking forward to seeing these in the flesh nearer the second half of this year, and I'm excited that Puma are exploring and experimenting with textures and patterns.

This revamped trio of laceless 1993 classics really strip this silhouette down to its raw uniqueness, and the colourways really compliment the simplicity of it.

The "Premium Pack" stays true to the Disc's space-age and futuristic sportiness, but the delicately placed detailing and accents still give each colourway its individuality.

I am already pleased to see a speckled sole, thats a massive selling point for me. It's an understated touch, but still a head turner. This is my favourite of the two black pairs, but the leather and orange accents make the other pair stand out in its own right. Durability is key in the weather that we can't seem to shift and so it seems fitting that this colourway has been strategically cloaked in leather trimmings.

The final colour way from the "Premium Pack" trio is the marble-caged brown edition. This colourway embodies a Fall Winter feel perfectly. That marbling technique is a really fresh finish, and again, I can't wait to see some more pictures of these up close.

Keep an eye on the blog and our Facebook page for updates and more pictures soon!

Brooklyn based brand ICNY integrate 3M detailing into sports apparel.

Their innovative and unique twist on the application of reflective 3M technology is definitely something that makes them stand out from the rest.

The latest update to their collection of colourful and patterned tees, tanks and hats, is their sock line. Their new sock line features an all-new knit structure for added comfort and breathability. I have been keeping an eye on ICNY through their Instagram since I peeped a picture of their polka-dot 3M socks. I'm a big fan, so was really excited when their Lookbook surfaced. It's definitely nice to see a subtle use of 3M that works just as powerfully as an allover application.

Check out the rest of the Lookbook over at Hypebeast. The SS14 collection will be available at selected retailers and via the brands website in March.

So Asics have kicked off 2014 the right way. Two insane colourways for the "Lovers & Haters" Valentines Pack; both pairs I'd be happy to receive from my other half this year.

The special editions of the Gel Saga and Gel Lyte III, embellished with mesh and suede overlays; embracing the romance, this pack is perfect for your lady this Valentines Day.

The first of the pack is the Gel Saga. It's cloaked in red suede with mesh textile, and sporting a floral pattern on the back heel; the more traditional colourway for this time of year. This lustrous red with silver details and white stripes just oozes Valentines Day vibes. Keeping the romance alive, the sock liner features an allover print of love hearts, a cute final touch if I do say so myself.  This half of the pack is the very essence of Valentines Day.

The Gel Lyte III,  the darker side of the pack is dressed in a dark black, with red and gold trimmings. This shoe boasts indifference to Valentines Day. And as much as I dislike Valentines day, this shoe makes me love it! Cute love hearts are far from the inner sock liner of this shoe; in it's place a thorn motif, much more suiting for Valentines Day haters like myself! I can't get over the etched detailing on the heel of both shoes too! I'm swooning over the attention to detail and quality will no doubt be second to none!

This release is definitely going to save you the hassle of thinking of a better gift; or buying the wrong chocolates or the flowers she's allergic to. I have no doubt when opening one of these on the 14th, she will be over the moon. The Gel Sagas are retailing at £101 and the Gel Lyte III's at £92. With more than enough time to get then bagged and wrapped for then, both pairs are available now from selected Asics Retailers such as Urban Industry, Well Gosh and are coming soon to Foot Asylum.

So, if you can't decide which pair to get just yet, click Read More for a more detailed look, but don't wait too long! Tag us #TalkCasuals or let us know through our Facebook Page which pair you picked up!
