NOW AVAILABLE: PUMA TRINOMIC XR1 OG - RE-ISSUE!

PUMA continues to celebrate its iconic running archive through a series of exceptional reissues. The releases we're seeing in AW14 just keeps getting better. On the 20th September, we saw the return of one of PUMA’s most sought after archive styles, the XR1 OG, as a 1:1 re-issue.

The XR1, a lightweight racing shoe, was first released in 1990 and made for the track. Originally introduced as a running shoe, the XR1 OG’s striking aesthetic soon saw it develop a cult following away from the track - and you can see why!

Featuring a mesh and synthetic upper, this re-issue is not only impressive but admirably accurate, unlike what we've seen from re-issues by other brands recently.

With translucent form stripes and decorative paint splatter effect on the upper, PUMA’s CREAM project continues to deliver contemporary updates to the brands extensive archive and the XR1 OG is no exception. With that, I'm definitely a real fan of this XR1 OG reissue.

The PUMA XR1 OG is now available in-store and online at Footpatrol, Hanon Shop & End Clothing.
