Last Thursday I was invited down to the launch of the PUMA Eskiva for AW15.

The Eskiva is a lifestyle trainer for the ladies, inspired by the PUMA Gong - a boxing shoe that originally released in the 70’s. The Eskiva champions PUMA’s athletic roots by keeping true to the original silhouette. Fusing it with modern material updates result in a stylish sleek finish. I was so excited to see the Eskiva in the flesh, for such a distinct and unique silhouette it's still such a versatile trainer.
The pre-drop exclusive involved a breakfast from The Good Life Eatery, bubbles and getting to style our own pair of Eskivas!

We were put in front of Olivia Richardson and her camera to bring our style to Eskivas. My 'style' is never really anything outrageous - it's usually a 'Good Kicks and Chill' scenario as my trainers are 9 times out of 10 the staple piece in all of my outfits. I picked an oversized sweat from the ASOS SS16 rail to inject some subtle colour. I feel the Eskiva still allowed for me to have my 'comfort trumps everything' attitude whilst keeping an edge to my outfit. The Eskiva's are definitely the focal point! The intention for them not to be a functional boxing trainer definitely doesn't compromise their comfort. The soft leather upper and easy lacing system really does fit like a sock.

It felt slightly awkward getting in front of the camera but Olivia made it so comfortable and with tips from Becca Dudley, it was so much fun!

These are definitely going to feature in my trainer rotation a lot. The Eskiva works the flair of a knockout into everyday street wear. I wore my Italian Plum PUMA R698 from the 'Winterised Pack' to the event, but I didn't actually want to take these off!

The Eskiva will be available from the 4th January at ASOS in several colour iterations – from classy black and white to flashy metallic renditions that instantly adds to any outfit. You can check out some more imagery below.

If taking my own pair of these home wasn't enough, before I left the event I was given possibly one of the best goody bags ever! A white PUMA mesh vest with a gold logo adorned across the front, PUMA socks, Crep Protect wipes, and a Fujifilm Instax Mini 70! I can't wait to snap some more outfits in my Eskivas on my Intstax! Keep an eye on the blog our socials, Instagram and Facebook, to see those!

Finally, a big thanks to Canoe Inc and Puma for this experience!

UK streetwear brand indcsn team up with 19-year-old London photographer Vicky Grout to showcase the brand's latest offering.

Shot on location on Old Street in Shoreditch, East London, the photoset features shirts, beanies, tees and a cowhide leather varsity jacket. I love these images, I think they promote the collection so well and really embody the indcsn vibe!

The collection is available to purchase now from the brand's newly relaunched website. Check out some more of the photos below!

Saucony Originals pay homage to Sheridan and the creation of the Irish Coffee by launching The Irish Coffee pack just in time for the Holiday season.

Saucony’s 1988 classic Shadow 6000 silhouette has been chosen to host this pack for it’s well rounded exterior allowing a strong base for the extra buttery Wolverine Silkee Suede upper. The original engineered stability in the heel and extra flexibility and cushion in the forefront remain intact.

Three very specific colourways have been chosen to resemble the three key elements needed to create the perfect Irish Coffee. We start with the base, which is the Coffee, dark and rich in colour with a punchy caffeine hit. The next step is to add a shot of strong Irish Whisky, which resembles a golden honey hue, and finally to top it off with a thick layer of soft Cream which floats effortlessly above an all white EVA midsole and triangular lug gum sole.

The Irish Coffee Pack is a unisex style, which I am absolutely stoked about! With sizes ranging from UK 4 to  UK 12, everyone gets a look in on these!

The Irish Coffee Pack is available from lead retailer size? and other key Saucony Originals retailers now,  priced at £110.

Don't miss out! Check out some more imagery below...

PUMA have launched a teaser of what’s to come - an exciting collaboration with London-based streetwear brand, Trapstar. Conceived in London Town, Trapstar was born when the co-founders Mikey, Lee and Will Trapstar began making custom t-shirts for friends.

It wasn’t long before their bold, graphic t-shirts were worn by celebrities, including PUMA’s Global Creative Director and Ambassador Rihanna. The PUMA x Trapstar teaser drop features one of PUMA’s most iconic silhouettes, the DISC Blaze, together with a long-sleeve Goalkeeper Shirt.

The PUMA DISC Blaze x Trapstar features an all-over leather upper on a cleaner, simplified DISC shoe. Finished in black, even the DISC cage has been given a soft nubuck leather treatment.

Exemplifying Trapstar’s design ethos, the shoe includes a red colour pop on its DISC strap and a graphic Trapstar logo on the heel. The white speckled midsole sits alongside the translucent red outsole giving the shoe the ultimate balance between streetwear and fashion. These are SO boss, the colourway is absolutely spot on for this silhouette. A sick merging of two brands.

K-Swiss, the heritage American tennis brand continue their core court programme firmly into their AW15 collection, with the addition of the women’s ‘Trophy Life’ collection that is launching at selected retailers and online today.

The collection is inspired by professional tennis champions who compete not just to play the game but to win. Each tournament is prized for their stand out trophies, which each player strives to get their hands on. The Trophy Life collection takes inspiration from the ultimate win in tennis, and works the metallic detailing of trophies into a collection of footwear that will make any wearer a street style winner.

I am so excited to see this womens collection from K-Swiss and by incorporating a few of my favourite things, for me, this one is a winner! It's that time of year where everything looks better when it's shiny or glittery! And with K-Swiss' tasteful applications of some of these festive favourites, this collection epitomises its trophy inspiration perfectly, but also really gets us in the Christmas spirit!

The Trophy Life collection comes in a silver and gold pack, incorporating the traditional festive trends, which includes the women’s Gstaad (£75) in a full metallic finish and an ice-outsole unit. I love this metallic finish, I'm such a magpie when it comes to shiny things and I think these would bring some style to any outfit! I am also so stoked on the iced outsole, this is the perfect finish to this colourway! The pack also includes the Belmont (£50), introduced in spring 2015, updated for AW15 with silver and gold five stripe. This is such a clean silhouette and whilst I'm a huge fan of an all white trainer, there is no way I can say the gold and silver doesn't look boss! For my toned down style, these are definitely trainers I would want in my rotation, I would probably even end up whacking on the gold jewellerry too!

Innovative footwear protection brand, Crep Protect have launched their charity initiative with Variety, the Children’s Charity, with an inaugural “Sneaker Drop” recycling point at East London’s BoxPark.

The global lifestyle brand, known for its signature hydrophobic spray, which creates an invisible, protective barrier that prevents rain and stains from damaging footwear, will be launching a Sneaker Drop – footwear recycling centre - at the pop-up mall in Shoreditch, East London. Set up to encourage people to donate their unwanted trainers and footwear, the shoes will be collected by partner company, ERC [European Recycling Company Ltd]. Once they have been processed, Variety, the Children’s Charity, will receive a donation from ERC which will help the charity to improve the lives of young people. Initially, the Sneaker Drop will be housed exclusively at BoxPark Shoreditch, but the initiative will eventually be rolled out across London and the UK.

This is such an awesome idea and something everyone who has unwanted trainers about at home should support and get involved in! The sneaker world has always been such a positive and tight community and this just highlights that!

Following the success of the first collection, the highly anticipated, additional PUMA Creeper colourways are here!

Remixing the iconic PUMA Suede, the PUMA Creeper exudes a little bit of rebel with its notorious creeper platform sole and suede upper which both harnesses and blends the music and fashion feel of the revolutionary punk era with PUMA's deep sporting heritage.

Under her creative direction, this month's drop features new colour variations consisting of peacoat/cool blue, off white/gum and coral cloud pink/green/oatmeal.

London based brand 4LoveAndMoney have launched their AW15 campaign.

The brand was founded by Grime DJ 'Ordio Kid' who's love of music from his days starting out at London raves has meant the brand is rooted in grime culture and every collection explores and celebrates the scene.

Informing principles of balance; or the idea that "what you love can also be what you earn", 4LoveAndMoney captures the ambitious essence of the scene's beginnings, whilst illustrating the artistic struggle for the MC/Producer!

With key pieces including the 'Take Dat.Wat' Tee and Hoodie inspired by a Dizzee Rascal lyric and featuring a very 2000's Nokia mobile phone. The collection is full of nostalgia!

I love the aesthetic of this campaign, it really captures the gritty essence of the grime scene for me. The AW15 Campaign was shot by Curtis Jehsta, styled and cast by Kitty Cowell and MUA by Sophie Cox.

The collection is available now online with and prices ranging from £20-£50.

The PUMA Adventurer Pack consists of three drops releasing throughout the year. The idea behind it references a time in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, when resourceful European sneakerheads frequently ventured to the United States to source rare, vintage or new footwear that were unavailable in their local markets. Selling these exclusive imports soon turned out to be a profound business model and in some cases laid the foundation to the opening of an actual store.

With Sneakers N Stuff and Solebox taking centre stage earlier this year, in the third and final installment, PUMA collaborate with one of Europe’s most original Sneaker stores - Hanon Shop from Aberdeen, Scotland.

In the early 90's the two Toft brothers, founders of Hanon Shop, flew out to California to visit relatives in Huntington Beach, Orange County to source rare footwear that could not be found in the UK. The first visit was during a harsh winter in Aberdeen and the inspiration for the shoes draws from that memory - the darkness and cold of wintery Scotland clashing with the bright and sunny warmth of Southern California.

This colourful collection will have you reliving your youth and make you snigger at the thought of some of the classic scenes - may even encourage you to re-enact them with your mates!

DC Shoes have released their latest unisex model, Heathrow*. Engineered for performance, designed for lifestyle this is most definitely one of the comfiest trainers I have ever had on foot.

The lightness and comfort of the silhouette comes at no cost to the aesthetic. This sleek and simple design speaks for itself, even in this subtle but gorgeous grey palette that I was lucky enough to receive from the guys over at DC.

It's so awesome that little feet are getting a look in on these! The all new Heathrow is available in fun prints, lux materials, and classic colours, so there is something for everyone,

What are your thoughts on these?

The Red Bull athlete and BMX rider Kriss Kyle released his newest film 'Kaleidoscope' earlier this month, in association with Red Bull, Sony and Ridley Scott Associates and we got a chance to catch up with him to talk about it...

Kriss Kyle is widely regarded as one of the most unique and creative BMX riders of his generation and 'Kaleidoscope' is one of his most ambitious projects to date.

‘Kaleidoscope’ sees him perform a number of world’s first tricks in an ever-changing environment that isn’t quite what it seems. If you haven't seen it yet you can watch it above or click here!

Red Bull Media House and Ridley Scott Associates produced the Kaleidoscope riding film, using a combination of moving set pieces and stunning optical techniques that enable Kriss to showcase breath-taking riding, finding riding lines where others might see dead ends.

Speaking of the project Kriss said, “Kaleidoscope has been the most surreal thing that I have ever been involved in. Riding a park that is constantly moving and shifting was challenging but enabled me to pull off lines and tricks that have never been seen before. I have had the opportunity to work with creative and technical people from worlds that I never thought I would be part of with my BMX bike. I am so excited by the end result and all the work that has been put in feels justified.

The UNDEFEATED x Alpha x Burton collaboration brings authentic street aesthetics to a collection built on premium, rider-driven functionality. Athletic and military inspirations blend seamlessly with streamlined performance for a rugged match-up that's good to go on the mountain or around the block.

Burton team up with both Alpha Industries and Undefeated on a triple collaboration for AW15. Mixing military and streetwear aesthetics with the rugged outdoor garment technology made for winter wear, the “Trinity” collection promises to bring forth a new level of hype to the mountains or the streets. Seen in the lookbook is a variety of outerwear — flight suits, M65 jackets, bombers, N-2B coats, as well as pants, goggles, face masks, gloves and boots. Lastly, luggage options like a duffle bag and a new backpack help round out the collection, all with Velcro patches for customisation.

I love this collaboration, the drop is available now here

KUTULA, an emerging London based streetwear and lifestyle brand, release their debut unisex collection. Kutula, which means ‘peace’ in a Zulu dialect, was inspired by designer Jimi Herrtage’s trip to South Africa earlier this year.

Herrtage’s vision is to create a platform for collaboration with undiscovered creative communities and cultures across the globe. While the Kutula line will be based in the UK and this season will derive inspiration from South Africa, in the future it will look to work with emerging talent based in various international locations.

KUTULA’s AW15 collection is primarily based on a monochrome palette using the urban camouflage print throughout the 34-piece collection. The repetitive print seamlessly connects all pieces of the collection together, uniting all those who represent the brand; becoming part of the KUTULA army globally.

The athleisure staples consist of reversible bomber jackets, fitted tracksuits with tapered leg, low slung loop-hole vests and essential tees for men, while the womenswear offering includes Lycra basics with functional but flattering cuts. Signature crop tops, camouflage leggings, micro shorts and oversize sweaters form the womenswear line, which comes complete with an effortless, authoritative edge. Prices start from £25.

PUMA are pleased to announce their newest Ambassadors, UK Hip Hop Duo Krept and Konan and face of the latest PUMA x Footasylum Campaign.

Hailing from south London, award winning hip hop duo Krept and Konan have risen to fame in a short space of time and are now considered to be at the forefront of UK hip - hop and grime. Their debut album ‘The Long Way Home’ hit the UK album chart at number 2 and the duo have collaborated with artists such as Jeremih and Wiz Khalifa.

With Krept and Konan constantly pushing and evolving the boundaries of the UK hip hop scene, they're the perfect ambassadors for the PUMA Evolution pack. The collection constantly evolves season on season, taking staple apparel pieces and creating styles that are edgy but relevant. Fresh looks have been created that are steeped in sport but are light and smooth enough to make todays scene.

Featuring sweat bottoms, hooded tops, sweat shirts and t shirts, the collection includes zipped pockets fused with rubber lining to improve water resistancy as well as improved fits and minimal branding. Using a simple colour palette of neutral tones, the collection can easily be mixed and matched or worn alone, making the Evolution pack an instant wardrobe essential for this winter.

PUMA Evolution apparel is now available online and in store.

With current trends awash with nods to grunge influences from the late 70s/early 80s and the punk look already huge trend for AW15, CAT Footwear continue to embrace female attitude. With this at the core of CAT Footwear's forthcoming season’s directional new styles, there's no question that they continue to perfectly merge durability, practically and powerful aesthetics.

‘Tank Girl’ style camo prints, faux fur fabrics, shocking brights and snake skin prints feature across the range with all-black options for a goth inspired twist on the punk look. The brand new ‘Grid Adorn’ silhouette epitomises this new trend with tough chain laces for the first time at Cat Footwear. This is my favourite from their AW15 collection. I fell in love with this pair when I first set eyes on them at Coffin's Press Day earlier this year. Steering clear of traditional tartan and ‘Steampunk’ looks, the brand’s Autumnal offering introduces innovative new styles and mixed leather and wool fabrics, capturing the edgier side to the punk era and also staying true to the tough and credible workwear heritage underpinning Cat Footwear.

The collection is available on ASOS now!

Our good friends over at THFKDLF have just dropped the first part of their AW15 collection and it is AWESOME!

Featuring over 40 new items including printed denim and neoprene jackets, a range of hoodies, sweatshirts and sweatpants, a mix of cut&sew and printed tees, and a range of accessories including hats, bags and gloves.

I always look forward to seeing THFKDLF's lookbooks. Having shot in LA, New York, Barcelona and London over the last year, THFKDLF shot the first part of their A/W Collection in their home town of Oswestry, Shropshire. The typical English backdrop perfectly showcases their new mix of prints and outerwear, styled by Brand Owner’s Jakub Taylor and Daniel Tomley. As always they're constantly promoting the brands attitude to doing everything themselves!

My favourites from the collection are the Red Tartan Shirt, the Acid Wash Denim Jacket , the Beige Oversized Hoody and of course, a winter essential - THFKDLF 13 Gloves! This brand always bring quality products for more than affordable prices, and I genuinely think this is the best AW15 collection I've seen yet! If you don't believe me, check out some more of the lookbook below.

The collection is available in full now exclusively online.
