PUMA X THISISNEVERTHAT TRINOMIC XT2 PLUS

This season, PUMA joins forces with up-and-coming Seoul-based streetwear brand thisisneverthat for a sneaker pack inspired by the diversity and contrast of the Seoul landscape. For this occasion, it's the Trinomic XT2 Plus that gets a revamp!

The Trinomic XT2 Plus is, as always, equipped with Trinomic motion control technology, it has an outsole geared for shock and energy absorption, enhanced by Trinomic inserts for extra forefoot and heel cushioning. The matched 90s lightweight materials include semi-open air meshes, soft brushed micro-fibres and plush engineered textiles in the collar lining, providing breathability and a formed-fit, whilst the integrated lacing system and heel clip offer stability and a quick, solid lace-up. But thats not whats got our attention with this release...

The PUMA x thisisneverthat Trinomic XT2 Plus  “Night River” in a black-white colorway is a tribute to the Han River – the enormous yet calm artery that keeps the city alive. Monochrome colourways are always a winner, and this release is no exception. Its clean, simple and effortlessly embodies its title as the "Night River"

The “Woods” on the other hand is a representation of the how nature is assimilated within the skyscrapers and highways in the city, featuring a play on camouflage pattern and moss green/red hints. Prints are always a Spring/Summer hit for trainer colourways and it's refreshing to see a trainer release this season that steps away to the florals. Taking a moodier angle, the "Woods" colourway hosts rustic, darker colours completed with bright red accents, adding the perfect finish. Despite monochrome regularly being my go-to trainer of choice, this colourway is actually my favourite from the pack. I'm a big fan and definitely want this on my feet this season!

The PUMA X thisisneverthat collaboration is due for release on March 14th at retailers like End, Footpatrol, and Well Gosh retailing at £115. Don't miss out, check out some more images of the pack below.
