This weekend saw the release of PUMA's latest summer essentials in the form of Yin Yang Pack.

Utilising foundational black and white tones on the original silhouette from the Trinomic series, the XT1, this pack boasts comfort, stability, shock absorption and of course, style.

The Yin Yang Pack released in two colour ways, a triple white colour way which is perfect for the summer months as well as a stealth triple black version - representing the fundamental basics of Yin & Yang – Opposites attract.

Monochrome and minimalistic designs always grab me, and this Puma release is no exception. Now available, exclusively at Footasylum, the Yin Yan pack is retailing at £85!

Will you be picking up a pair? Check some more images below...

Streetwear staple brands Diamond Supply Co. and Rocksmith come together for a second time, with a collaborative capsule entitled 'Superior Sight & Sound'. The design concept is based on the aesthetic of '90s-era blank audio cassettes — a summer mixtape created to graphically blend two brands with strong roots in music culture from opposite coasts.

The summer capsule is comprised of two t-shirts, a snapback and matching shorts, with use of mesh in the detailing across the board, as well as reflective drawstrings. Atlanta-based hip hop producer and rising star Sonny Digital was selected to model the collection. The lookbook is set in the legendary Hit Factory studio in NYC, rounding out the "Superior Sound" vibe.

The entire capsule is available online here. Check out some more images of the lookbook below.

AW15, will see PUMA collaborate on a second collection with celebrated New York creative Vashtie Kola. Famed for being at the forefront of the Downtown New York City scene for over a decade - the Director, Filmmaker, Artist, Designer, Creative Consultant and DJ has become a style icon with a worldwide influence.

A quintessential New York girl, Vashtie symbolizes the intersection of drive, talent and culture, strengthening the notion that New York is the Mecca for nurturing and fostering creative minds. Since establishing herself in New York. In 1999 she quickly grew into a force melding art and style with her own personal touch.

Vashtie’s second collaboration with PUMA is an evolution of her previous line, drawing particularly on street and soccer wear. The footwear designs consist of the R698, PUMA's flagship Trinomic model.

This classic silhouette has been reinvented with a futuristic liquid gold effect creating an exclusive statement piece which sits nicely alongside a Navy & grey colour way. A range of apparel is also set to be released at selected retailers globally.

The PUMA X Vashtie R698's are available on July 4th at Offspring retailing at £85. Love these, those liquid Gold's are everything! See close ups of the collaboration below...

N1SQ is the unfazable new kid on the block representing a cross-culture of streetwear with a laid back Scandinavian aesthetic – a brand that effortlessly upscales the casual street look in its own redoubtable style.

This first drop says everything you need to know about the brand: a carefully collated collision of bold prints, stylised surfaces and raw attitude, it makes quite the impact.

Starting at reasonably priced £20-25, the graphic prints combine unique embroidery, injection printing and zip details. Essential items include skinny fit denims with subtle internal branding, longline shirts designed to be paired with fitted joggers and teamed with longline wool bomber jackets – and cult pieces include the Colchester jacket and the longline knitted hooded zip-thru that opens upwards.

Elsewhere marl print neoprene, mesh and teddy-fleece and cut & sew add to the surface interest for a brand that goes much deeper: the arrow in the logo points to the northern roots of the brand and, in tattoo culture, it is a symbol of focus, power & direction.

I really love the marble print in this collection. It without a doubt adds a luxe feel to any garment and here N1SQ have merged luxe with streetwear, emblazoning this print on their pieces with block style panelling and contrastingly in an all-over effect. This brand do seem to be bringing something a little different to the streetwear table, and I'm excited to see how they continue to break the boundaries between high fashion and street style.

The first collection lands in September ’15 online for a pre-Spring ’16 drop. Its good to see another collection embracing a unisex feel with it's cuts and prints, the unisex trend is definitely not going anywhere soon you can bet on that! Keep up to date with the brand in the run up through their Facebook and check out some more imagery of the collection below.

What do you think? Is this a brand you would wear?

This Summer see's PUMA collaborate with influential Berlin based sneaker store Solebox to release the first part of the Adventurer Pack which consists of three drops set to launch throughout the year.

The idea behind it references a time in the late 90s, early 2000s, when resourceful European sneakerheads frequently ventured to the United States to source rare, vintage or new footwear that were unavailable in their local markets. Selling these exclusive imports soon turned out to be a profound business model and in some cases laid the foundation to the opening of an actual store. The Trinomic XS850 Adventurer Pack was inspired by Solebox founder Hikmet’s adventures in the United States.

He not only brought rare sneakers to Berlin but also picked up an addiction to Jelly Belly – a true American jellybean treat. His favorite flavor, the Berry Blue, was the inspiration to the footwear’s colourway. I really love the story and inspiration behind this pack, being a sweet addict myself I can 100% relate!

The XS850 was first introduced in the 90’s and was renowned for its distinctive use of the revolutionary PUMA Trinomic System - hexagonal honeycomb-like cells in the sole that compressed and rebounded load. It quickly found favour amongst runners who enjoyed the cushioned ride. Now it’s found its way from the track to the streets.

The PUMA X Solebox Adventurer XS850 is due for release on Saturday 27th of June at retailers like Hanon, Footpatrol and WellGosh, retailing at £100.

What are your thoughts? That pastel blue is so dreamy, I'm all over it!

Bags are important to everyone, whether you're an avid fashionista or just in it for the practicality. For myself, bags aren't only for function but are a key piece to any outfit. Saying that though, with the hustle and bustle of city life, plus always doing mini trips away, my bag not only has to look good, but it needs to be spacious and durable. I suppose there needs to be a strong balance, and a good bag needs both!

Minimalistic, block colourways seem to be a massive trend this season. Brands have stripped back their favourite and most iconic silhouettes to their rawest and simplest form.

This strong but simple trend has been seen re-created by Puma, Nike and here, K-Swiss with their iconic court style vibes.

If you also prefer sporting a subtle nod to the white trend, then you should definitely check out K-Swiss' all white trainer collection. Crisp whites featured on the Lozan II, Irvine T, Belmont & the Classic II champion this collection, perfectly linking K-Swiss’ rich tennis heritage with this current trend.

What are your thoughts - Do you prefer to keep it clean with all white or busy with colour?

I was SO buzzing to find out Nitro Circus had announced details for its greatest ever all-new show coming to 13 European cities, including my hometown of London, in 2016. The excitement kicks off on Saturday, 23 January in Stockholm, Sweden with a Tele2 Arena performance.

For those of you who don't know, Nitro Circus is the leading youth action sports & entertainment brand on the planet.  From humble beginnings, with Jeremy Rawle, Gregg Godfrey and extreme sports superstar Travis Pastrana producing DVDs from a Utah garage in 2003, to a smash TV series which has aired in over 60 countries, Nitro Circus has exploded to global popularity, leaving a burning  impression on the minds of young people across the planet. In 2010, the TV show was transformed by current CEO and action sports industry guru Michael Porra into a must-see live event, creating the global touring phenomenon that is Nitro Circus Live. Since its inaugural Australian trek five years ago, the show has travelled the globe, obliterating box office records and cultivating a legion of diehard fans. Nitro Circus has now rolled across five continents, blown away almost two million fans and sold-out shows in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan the Middle East and South Africa.

Nitro Circus Live’s latest creation takes things to a whole new level, as the best athletes in freestyle motocross (FMX), BMX, skate and more unite for a spectacular all-new production. Starring 17-time X Games medalist Travis Pastrana, the tour will feature unbelievable new tricks, record-breaking feats, insane stunts and the craziest contraptions ever, plus a whole new repertoire of daredevil fun.

We’ve had a blast touring the world this year and can’t wait to bring this all-new tour to Europe,” says Pastrana. “With each show everyone is pushing one another to go faster and jump farther than the night before. By 2016 it’s going to be unbelievable! Plus, this stage set is so over the top. Fans will be blown away.

Primitive have taken on an understated tone for SS15, this new collection presents an evolution of Primitive’s signature laid-back approach, introducing tie dye-coloured garments, new cut-and-sew styles and standard athletic staples. Highlights include custom camouflage button-downs, vintage style soccer shirts, reflective fleece shorts and plenty of headwear.

Really like this collection, its cool and casual vibes are perfect for the summer. My favourites are the tie dye pieces, and the vast amount of headwear in this collection means there is something for everyone!

The SS15 collection is now available here and select retail stores worldwide. What are your thoughts?

A brand new music experience, four years in the making will hit London’s Shoreditch Park in July 2015. After the success of the Unsigned London stage at several London festivals over the past two years, Unsigned London will launch a free stand-alone two-day event showcasing the best of London’s emerging live music talent.

Unsigned London is about all things live, unknown and unsigned yet full of potential. Taking place across four stages, an ensemble of over 150 of the city’s brightest talents in indie, rock, jazz, folk, R&B, reggae, classical and electronic genres will have their opportunity to perform in front of an eclectic audience of music lovers.

This two-day event on the 4th and 5th July will feature a selection of specially produced music programmes curated by some of the top names in the business resulting in the most authentic live music experience of the year.

Alongside the extensive music line-up, the event will feature TogetherTheyCome fashion market programmers packed full of edgy and creative new designer brands, as well as some of London’s finest food traders creating a buzzing bazaar-like experience. A record fair will also be central to the festival selling a mix of musical genres by the coolest national and international dealers of quality vinyl, CDs and music memorabilia. To top it all off, a funfair will be onsite keeping all the family entertained.

London has long been a mecca for music fans of all kinds yet in recent years a combination of venue closures and extortionately priced gigs and festivals have made it all too difficult to stumble into a free gig and discover an amazing new band. Inspired by these challenges, Unsigned London aims to revitalise London’s undiscovered music scene for an exciting weekend of eclectic performances.

Ticket registration is now live, this is definitely something to get involved with and experience for yourself!

’47 Brand has partnered with the Black Fives Foundation, a non-profit organisation that works to research, preserve, showcase, and teach the pre-1950 history of African Americans in basketball. They have collaborated to create a first-of-its-kind collection of headwear, apparel and accessories that combines fashion with history. The multi-year licensing partnership brings together one of today’s leading sports lifestyle brands with a one-of-a-kind authentic vintage sports property that is socially and culturally relevant.

The collection features an array of headwear, apparel and pennants, emblazoned with historically accurate logos and designs of the original Black Five Era teams, celebrates the integration of African Americans into the previously divided National Basketball Association in 1950.

Both enterprises are synonymous with the history of American sport and believe that this debut collection will not only combine history and fashion to express an untold story, but also speak to a youthful audience about an important genre of basketball history. The collection leaves room for future expansion into the realms of accessories and vintage jerseys, but for now check out the first drop below.

This SS15 collection from THFKDLF marks the first of their dedicated womens collections. Consists of  lots of new styles and cuts, but also featuring some of our favourites including boyfriend tees, crops, skater skirts, leggings, sweatshirts and bodycon dresses.

Creating a perfect summer fit, there is so much to love about it! Featuring Thfkdlf's signature bold prints and colours, as well as cool and cute pastel fades, there really is something for everyone. The ladies have also been spoilt for choice with a huge variety of cuts and materials, including mesh panelling and side splits!

As with all their pieces all the items in their debut womens range are produced in their Shropshire factory. This is something I really love about this brand, they remain with their roots whilst continuing to grow and push the boundaries.

This is definitely the beginning of something very special for Thfkdlf and I am so excited to see how their womenswear range grows in the future!

Our favourites from the collection so far include the Pastel Fade Sweat, the Raw Edge Sweat and the Floral Mesh Tee. But like I said, there is something for everyone! Check out the full lookbook below and shop the collection which is available online now!

The Yankee symbol is a badge of honour, a fellowship that transcends state lines. Sporting the proverbial pinstripes commands respect from fellow New Yorkers no matter where one is. The same can be said for Supreme within the culture of streetwear. It’s a brand that takes pride in representing the Empire State in all of its grime and glamour. So when Supreme teased a Yankee collaboration earlier this year, New Yorkers and ‘Preme-heads alike salivated with anticipation.

The second instalment of this boss collaboration includes a re-up of the NY Yankees snapbacks, co branded T-shirts as well as co branded bucket hats. We are absolutely all over those bucket hats, so on point for SS15, but with the heritage behind both of the brands, there is no doubt they're going to be a timeless hit.

Check out more imagery of some of the collection below, what are your favourite pieces?

Run by two individuals, Top of the World London is primarily a lifestyle and clothing brand, that set out to develop clean, well designed products. The brand began as an outlet to explore creativity and soon developed into a platform where they were able to share their ideas and personalities.

This summer British streetwear brand Hype. is teaming up with Bollocks to Poverty, part of the leading international charity ActionAid, who are a movement that stands up for the rights of young people in extreme poverty. Together they have launched a limited edition festival collection to raise important funds to support the charity’s work in Nepal following the recent earthquakes.

The independent fashion label will use its design force for good in this collaboration with Bollocks to Poverty which launched on the 11th June online and through their Boxpark store. Over the last four years, Hype. have established a reputation and dedicated following with their bold tees, big colours and stand out prints. And this collection is no exception. The tropical range which consists of three festival faves – a unisex tee, a women’s crop top and a bandana – are sure to make a statement this summer

All profits from the collection will be supporting ActionAid’s work on the ground in Nepal to provide immediate relief to those most in need, through food, medical kits and shelter. ActionAid have reached over 80,000 people, with the help of 5,000 young volunteers, in the month since the first earthquake and will continue to support the people of Nepal as they rebuild their lives after the devastation.

Hype’s co-founder, Liam Green, has said of the collaboration: “We’re proud to have teamed up with Bollocks to Poverty on this festival collection. We love what they stand for and are happy to be supporting ActionAid’s amazing work in Nepal. They have already reached thousands of people and we want this collection to help them reach more.”

Support this collaboration and the good going on behind it!

This month ASICS Tiger have unveiled their latest drop, the GEL-RESPECTOR back in its original glory.

Originally released in 1991, the Gel-Respector made its debut following the success of the GEL-LYTE III. This running shoe featured a moulded E.V.A. midsole consisting of two components for extra mid foot support, a modern GEL silhouette and a commercial tongue – to avoid any comparisons with its predecessor.

The OG details remain in tact on this re-release including the iconic ASICS waves – two different rubber densities inspired by sea: a subtle nod to the city of Kobe in Japan, the brand’s home. It also features a TPU heel stabilizer that gives runners extra stability.

As well as the comfort and support technology behind the shoe, there is no doubt the first thing you really consider is the colourway. Well, the Gel-Respector will be released in its original colourway of Aster Purple and Black. I really do love this subtle combination and I think it allows the quality of the trainer to really speak for itself.

The Gel-Respector will be available from 19th June at selected Family and Friends retailers in Europe. Family and Friends retailers offer a top-tier ASICS Tiger collection that celebrates innovation, technology and collaboration at the highest level. The shoes will retail at £120 and running in sizes UK6-UK12.

In their own words - DOPE is a supplier of attainable luxury to the inspired and inspiring. DOPE is the reflection of a generation that embraces exposure to any form of culture in search of new means of expression. While maintaining a constant sensibility towards simplicity and quality, the evolution of DOPE is as infinite as the evolution of those that wear it. Nothing is off limits, DOPE is Always Inspired.

Their SS15 Delivery 1 celebrates the product of hard work paying off with themes inspired by leisure and luxury. Featuring graphics like Tropics and Waves bring a relaxed aesthetic to the release, while the Ferrucio, Underrated, and Doors Up graphics focus on the finer things in life. A perfect combination of themes, cuts and colours.

My favourite thing about their first delivery is their experimentation with knits and fabrics continues in Summer Delivery 1, this time with a heavy focus on mesh. The Mesh Baseball Jersey, in both black and white would look awesome hung in my wardrobe. You always know a good piece of clothing when you can instantly put together outfits and see how you'd style yourself. The jerseys also allow for creative layering in the heat, while the Illusion Tee brings multiple layers of mesh together to create a never before seen visual effect and texture to streetwear. A really bold and fashion forward move than just demonstrates the rewards for pushing boundaries and experimenting! The collection is tied together with a crisp monochrome palette, excellently finished with a bright citrus yellow.

You can probably tell I like this stuff! Check out some more images below, what are your thoughts?

Superior Belief are an independent south London street clothing label that focuses on providing high-quality products at streetwear prices. This summer they have continued the plan to get back to basics by focusing on high-quality graphics and finishing but also bringing some new technical effects and pieces into the mix…

Each piece this season will see the return of the embroidered patch on the back, something the brand did when they first started, but with a colour palette that looks to be a lot punchier than any previous season – they have quite deliberately chosen a flux bright colours for the graphics.

Also, the cord 6-panel is the second hat the brand have released and, along with a bucket hat coming later in this summer (which we are beyond excited for) is a throwback piece. The labels 6-panels are a nod to an old-school fit and they've emphasised the retro feel with a cordouroy fabric, something that works absolutely perfectly. To be fair, cord everything is cool to me! Attention to the details are also real cool on this, including a two-tone embroidered logo on the front and single tone logo on the back.

Superior Belief have gone back to basics with regard to their impeccable finishing and certainly not rested on their laurels across other creative departments. If there was anything to prove that less really is more, then this is it!

You can shop the capsule collection here and keep up to date with them through their Facebook Page

What are your thoughts? I love the grittiness to the way the collections been shot too, check it out below...

Today saw the release of PUMA's latest collaboration in the form of a premium and very impressive rendition of our favourite iconic silhouette, the R698. The collaboration captures the global sports brand’s deep sporting heritage and STAMPD’s knowledge of modern youth culture. The R698 ‘Desert Storm’ to kick of STAMPD ATHLETICS by PUMA.

STAMPD founder, Chris Stamp, a west coast ‘Avant Street’ influencer, founded the label in 2011. Since then, the brand has made waves in the global streetwear and contemporary scene with Chris Stamp being recognised as one of GQ Magazine’s Best New Menswear Designer's in the United States for 2015.

STAMPD embraces modern youth culture that, along with its timeless appeal, creates high quality streetwear products mixed with simple forms for the everyday consumer.

STAMPD have utilised the classic PUMA Trinomic technology in the R698 Desert Storm but have expanded on the iconic design of the PUMA R698, STAMPD adds its signature to the shoe - by simplifying the lines of the upper, combining a super soft nubuck leather, adding a 3M layer featuring STAMPD’s seasonal graphic across the heel.

This drop makes way for what will be one of PUMA’s most exciting collaborations with the agenda setting menswear designer Chris Stampd in AW15. Using PUMA’s hero silhouette to impressively introduce and validate the collaboration and pave the way for its exciting future.

I absolutely fell in love with this collaboration when I saw it, plus if theres 3M you know I want it!

The PUMA X Stamp'd 'Desert Storm' R698 will be available from 20th June at retailers like FootPatrol, Well Gosh and End retailing at £120.

Don't sleep on this release! Check out some more images below...
