Streetwear brand Toromai will drop the first of two Spring releases tomorrow. The ‘Northern Comfort’ collection is the latest range to come from the Manchester based brand.

The collection is made up of three quarter zips (£40), Heather Moss, Burgundy and Black, 3 open leg sweat pants (£38) in Heather Grey, Navy and Black, 2 basic tees in White and Black and a White roll neck (£20). Despite a clear casual and relaxed vibe, the collection is still clean, well considered and produced with quality execution.

In their latest lookbook, Toromai exhibit the first drop in an unedited, raw shoot, shot by Off The Rails photographer Phia Dwyer, in the outskirts of Manchester city centre. Also featured in the lookbook are the Trawler Beanies, available now.

Toromai’s aim is to embrace the simple things and find a unique place within that simplicity and provide a relaxed yet sophisticated style!
I really do love this collection, it's absolutely boss and I'm all over the Heather Moss half zip! The open leg sweat pants are also a smart twist on your regular joggers. The best thing about this collection though is it's versatility. With the potential to be dressed up or down, the unisex range ticks all the right boxes.

You can tell a lot of thought and hard work has gone into this, so I'm really eager to see whats to come in Drop 2!

Available from tomorrow on Toromai’s website, so don't miss out! Check some more from the lookbook below...

We had The Creeper, and tomorrow Rihanna and PUMA launch: The Trainer.

We have been waiting what feels like forever for this news to drop. The highly anticipated launch of The Trainer is almost here! A trainer that combines innovative performance technology with Rihanna's game-changing style...

An all-new PUMA silhouette, The Trainer is fearless and futuristic with exaggerated proportions and (obviously) dripping with sex appeal.

On first looks it's deceiving, I felt unsure at first but I do actually like this silhouette. It's different, but we didn't expect anything less from Rihanna. I like seeing how she is taking things in a different direction for PUMA and I do reckon it's going to grow on us also! Rihanna has killed it with her first collection for Fenty Puma, The Trainer and apparel alike, so it's just making me even more excited to see whats next! I can't wait to see how this partnership is going to evolve.

But back to The Trainer - if it doesn't initially grab you on aesthetic, it will with the tech. The Trainer exudes in performance features. Its upper is constructed from Ariaprene, an advanced form of neoprene for a secure yet breathable fit. You'll feel extra levels of support with its high tongue height (will probably take some getting used to) and TPU Kurim cage with fully reflective underlay. FULLY. REFLECTIVE. I'm officially sold!

PUMA have released a new,  modern adaptation of the ever-popular Blaze of Glory from the 90's, they has modified the silhouette once more to create the Blaze Ignite Suede.

Streamlined and updated in line with the Blaze of Glory Soft, the Blaze Ignite Suede is a lightweight, stripped down version of a classic on a modern sole unit.

Combining a slip-on construction with an easy-wear elasticised toggle, gone is the Trinomic cushioning of the 90's, making way for PUMA's latest energy return technology, Ignite.

The pack comes in three colourways - Drizzle, Chipmunk and Black.

The PUMA Blaze Ignite Suede is now available at stores such as Hanon, END, Footpatrol  and Well Gosh, retailing at £80.

The two retro colourways sit on top of a white and blue EVA midsole and triangular lug outersole and are a nod to Saucony’s running heritage and the popular late 80s silhouette.
The Shadow 6000 is a unisex style, with sizes ranging from UK 4 to UK12, so no one misses out!

Ronnie Fieg partners with Clae to introduce the Bradley silhouette to the world for the first time!

Clae was founded in 2001 out of the need for a new approach to footwear, which was to modernize the classic silhouettes to fit today’s active lifestyle. Versatile footwear that moves with you day to night, work to play that compliments a modern man’s wardrobe and life. Footwear that is designed for everyday living without sacrificing style or comfort.

Clae celebrates its 15th anniversary this year as an independent footwear brand, as they continue to shape their own niche by creating original cross-category silhouettes with versatile material executions. This focus and philosophy resonates with Fieg, as the Kith-founder consistently tries to develop product that is able to exist across multiple realms. This mutual ambition evolved into a collaboration, as Fieg applies his trademark penchant for quality to the all-new Bradley.

Globally renowned Ed Hardy will be launching a series of premium collaborations for SS16. All of the collaborations will incorporate Japanese tattoo aesthetics and technique into Don Ed Hardy’s American style work, but each collaboration has a different take on Hardy’s artwork and together the collections represent an exciting revitalization of this iconic brand.

The first of the collaborative collections has been released by Illustrated People. They have brought us a completely fresh twist on the Ed Hardy style. Incorporating Ed Hardy into their signature aesthetic appears to be a seamless merging of the two brands in this collection. I love it!

The collaborative collection is now available online and in Topshop.

The first ever FENTY PUMA BY RIHANNA collection made its debut at NWFW. Just like the collection’s namesake creative director, the first season driven by Rihanna is nothing short of unexpected with a full collection of footwear, apparel and accessories for both women and men.

Rihanna drew inspiration from today’s Japanese street culture and tradition for this first full season collection since partnering with PUMA in December 2014. Mixing that cultural influence with gothic overtones and exaggerated volumes and proportions, the fashion icon challenged the traditional male and female silhouettes and blurred the lines between genders that are often times too rigid for her fashion tastes. This is exactly the kind of collection we at Talk Casuals have been waiting for and who better to bring it than Rihanna!

The bold AW16 collection keeps to a basic colour palette which we're pleased about. It's bold and very different from what we have seen from PUMA before, but Rihanna is taking them in a new direction and we are so excited about it. I feel she really does embody what they stand for, pushing sportswear fashion forward. The collection is nothing short of impressive.

PUMA and Red Bull Racing kicked off a new partnership at an event in London last week, revealing a striking new team look. A car transforming into street dancers, eye-catching product designs and a bold new Red Bull Racing car livery were all part of a stand-out show, which included drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat.

Hundreds of guests were treated to a powerful performance that saw an F1 car concealed under a drape morph into models. Showing off the new PUMA Red Bull Racing product collection, these dancers entertained the crowd with an energetic routine before the new look Red Bull Racing 2016 livery was presented with a dramatic crescendo.

ASICS Tiger celebrate the launch of its apparel line by teaming up with Reigning Champ for a range of premium athletic wear and a trio of new Gel-Lyte III colour ways.

This collaboration really proves less is more. Keeping it clean, the collection provides 15 strong staples that should be in everyones wardrobe. Appealing to the hypebeats and the less adventurous of us alike, this collaborative collection has something for everyone.

The collection is comprised of crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies and shorts, handcrafted in Canada from signature midnight terry cloth. Subtle co-branding features throughout, rendered in grey, black and navy colour ways. A similar colour scheme is applied to the footwear with the retro runner constructed of premium suede.

I am so excited about this collection, it is one of the strongest and most cohesive collaborations I've seen in a while.

The highly anticipated collaboration launches at select retailers on February 20th. Check out some more imagery below...

First and foremost, this collection is boss.

Hustling and designing from their shop at 158 Rivington Street on the Lower East Side, the ALIFE crew will tell you how sports have had a long-lasting influence on the way they live and create streetwear. The latest PUMA x ALIFE collection is built upon this passion and knowledge and comes in two parts; the first is inspired by football and the mark the sport left on the city in the '70s.

Utilising ALIFE’s penchant for sportswear, the first collection takes its inspiration from football apparel. The range features both the No.1 PUMA Archive logo and ALIFE’s 158 print, a player’s number representing their shop at 158 Rivington Street. The Nylon Wind Jacket has been adapted from the PUMA Archive for a comfortable, streetwear ready fit.

Contemporary Swedish lifestyle brand, WeSC, have joined forces with boutique streetwear sneaker store, Hanon to present an exclusive capsule collection.

With a shared history of skateboarding and street-wear, and common ground via roots in the Northern Hemisphere, Hanon and WeSC bring Scotland and Sweden together in a performance and utility inspired line of apparel and footwear.

Monkey time have released a new edition of the ASICS Tiger Gel-Lyte V entitled “Sand Layer”, inspired by a sand layer formed through thousands of years in the natural world.

I absolutely love the neutral tones of this silhouette and the contrasting fabrics and textures, unified by sand tones, give so much depth to this beautifully simple colourway.

Completed with flat cotton laces that features a sophisticated waxed finish, double speckling on the mid sole and hairy suede on back heel this release is high on my wish list!

This release will be available at retailers like Hanon, End, Footpatrol and wellgosh.

There seems to be no end to the wet weather we're seeing at the moment, so why not find a way to enjoy it...

Heritage skate brand Volcom collaborate with unique Danish manufacturers Rains for a SS16 capsule collection. Rains and Volcom have partnered up and design a capsule collection comprised of a jacket and a hat that represent both Volcom’s skate heritage and Rains weather proof functionality.

Naturally, both brands agreed upon involving none other than Rune Glifberg, Danish professional skater and long time Volcom team rider to complete the story.

This resulted in an absolutely outstanding photo shoot that took place in Copenhagen, Denmark showcasing the product and Rune in their natural surroundings.

Check out some more imagery below. The capsule collection is available now online
