The concept behind JYUNI Collection lies at the core of the ASICS DNA, proclaiming a philosophy of a “sound mind in a sound body.”

ASICS, an acronym for that very phrase in Latin (Anima Sana In Corpore Sano), has always been a trailblazer, using sports and fitness to foster, not only physical health, but mental health and self-awareness. Now ASICS is taking a step towards the future by integrating the aspect of daily life into their performance-geared philosophy.

JYUNI is a unique spelling of “twelve” in Japanese. It represents the structure of time and the restraints that come with it. The graphics, bearing a hexagon, incorporates all of ASICS’ design values: original, advanced, proactive, authentic, intuitive, and enthusiastic.

The design ethos of ASICS and the approach for the upcoming collection is strongly linked to Japanese craft. This traditional concept merges art with functionality, making art and design an integral part of everyday life. Taking these cues from Japanese heritage and combining it with the country’s affinity for craftsmanship is the basis for the new collection.

Leader of the open-air footwear movement, Keen UNEEK returns for Summer 2017 with its #UNEEKPERSPECTIVES global campaign and unveils a collective of influential creatives for the UK rollout. Keen UNEEK drops a versatile and truly definitive collection of colourways, patterns, materials and styles within a series of new pack launches across both the original round and flat cord model sandals. Not only epitomising the ‘urban hike’ sandals trend, this covetable footwear also really does comprise the performance technology exposed within its aesthetic.

To model these sharp silhouettes, Keen UNEEK has tapped a collective of London’s emerging creatives, who are quickly becoming known for pioneering their own unique take on streetwear style. The collective fronts Milan born model Emily O’Donnell, social content artist Ben Colson, model Boyd Alves, The Boo Kid Yumi Carter and ‘Cestamatiq’ DJ Connor Gaffe in a distinctive campaign shot on location in Hackney, East London. Each member of the collective was invited to arrive dressed in how they would choose to style up the new footwear in their own unique way, with no pre-empted apparel planning in advance to the shoot - the result showcasing a #UNEEKPERSPECTIVE from each.

The latest collaboration between Cat Footwear and Camille Walala continues bringing us that good good that we love when these guys team up!

I'm a trainer girl at heart, but I love me a good pair of boots!

I've always been a fan of CAT Footwear, but I fell head over heels with their collaborative collection with Camille Walala for SS15. Camille Walala puts her own twist on some of our favourite CAT Footwear styles their latest collection features an exclusive Walala design.

Following the success of their previous partnership, London-based designer Camille Walala has teamed up with Cat Footwear to create her take on the Lyric boot.

Walala transforms one of Cat Footwear iconic styles with a black ‘Liquorice' repeat print motif in classic Walala style, and the boot also features a translucent gum sole. This exclusive design sits as part of the wider Lyric range.

This boot is perfect for the festival season ahead and the wider Lyric collection also plays with a crackle-leather effect and summer inspired hues.

What are your thoughts? The Walala Lyric boots are available now from CAT Footwear online alongside the rest of the Lyric collection. See more imagery below.

The wait is almost over for the first PUMA FENTY By Rihanna Creeper release of 2017 with two new offerings hitting stores this Friday, April 7th.

Crowned 'Sneaker of the Year' at the Footwear News Achievement Awards in November last year, the most iconic item of the FENTY collection arrives in stores with anticipation.

Featuring an all-over white leather upper with a classic black PUMA Formstripe, the first Creeper in the pack has a timeless look. This is my favourite of this first release. This clean, monochrome colourway just lays the perfect blank canvas for any outfit.

Complimenting the pack with a totally new look is the Creeper Cracked Leather. The sneaker features an all-over black look with a tonal outsole and Formstripe. Looking closer at the upper, a subtle cracked patent leather effect creates a more street look and feel.

Sporting the signature FENTY stacked outsole, the new pack adds to iconic collection. Signature branding details include the PUMA by Rihanna tongue patch.

Retailing at £110, the FENTY x PUMA Creeper by Rihanna will be available from the following UK retailers: JD SPORTS / Size?/ Hanon / END Clothing / ASOS / Office / Lifestyle Sports / Pam Pam

Do. not. sleep!

As women, it’s our job to #DoYou, and inspire others around us.

When we breakdown stereotypes and defy odds, we can truly change the world.

Coming this July, PUMA x Cara Delevingne presents DO YOU, a series spotlighting the stories of female empowerment and change.

Watch the video below and keep an eye on the blog - we'll be posting more info soon!

To coincide with the release of Disney’s live-action movie “Beauty and the Beast”, which was released in UK cinemas on 17th March, ASICS have given sneaker-heads the chance to be the Belle, or Beast, of the Ball thanks to the launch of a series of limited edition sneakers.

The sneakers feature actual fabrics and patterns from costumes worn in the motion picture, capturing the fairytale and giving the story a modern day twist! I think this is such an awesome detail, plus we're a sucker for a Disney inspired trainer!
We love them! Did you pick up a pair? #TalkCasuals on Instagram and Twitter and show us your fits!

Available now at END, Pam Pam and online at Asics Tiger. See more imagery below!
